OVVILO AURA SIX — A0 engineering prototype

Open aura-six-engineering-guide.html first.
Open OVVILO-AURA-SIX.blend in Blender for the assembly, articulated animation and part-atlas scene.
Explore the interactive model at https://ovvilo.com/robotics/aura-six

Included:
- 20 unique STL part designs, 50 intended printed pieces including the fit gauge
- Editable Blender assembly and glTF viewing model
- Print and purchased-hardware bills of materials
- Part, supplier-preparation and validation manifests
- Engineering guide and labeled part atlas
- Offline forward/inverse kinematics, trajectory generator and kinematic URDF
- Parametric Blender generation and validation scripts

Status:
This is a digital engineering prototype. It is not a complete, physically validated functioning kit.
Some mounting/fastener details remain provisional. Actual motor fit, cable routing, electrical
control, load/thermal performance, and supplier qualification require further engineering.
41 sampled Blender animation frames returned no cross-link surface intersection candidates;
this does not cover all joint combinations or all types of physical interference.
The torque screening example does not support claiming a sustained 100 g payload.
The software is offline only and never energizes a motor.

Slant 3D preparation:
All STLs are millimetre-scale individual components within Ovvilo's configured size limit.
Supplier acceptance and price are not verified. No supplier order has been placed.
The existing cart's 10-distinct-part limit must be addressed before full-kit checkout.
Electronics, motors, bearings, screws, inserts and silicone pads are separate purchased hardware.

Original geometry and offline software created for OVVILO.
References and development requirements are detailed in the engineering guide.
